Intimate Fall Wedding in Edmonton | Tarah and Trevor
High school sweethearts. Parents. Best friends. And now husband and wife. Tarah and Trevor have been together for a long time, and they are still so in love. Their day was planned with the main concern that it be about family. Connection. Closeness. And definitely fun; this crew was fun. Tarah worked so hard to ensure her dream of a gorgeous fall wedding came true. They are the kind of clients that we feel sad when their wedding day comes and goes…there have been a lot of them since we have started this that I want to say…soooo can I still text you? Can we still chat?
I’m going to miss these two!
I hung out with the girls in the morning, then jumped in the limo with them to the church. We pulled into the parking lot and there were two fire trucks pulled up at the front door. Trevor is an Edmonton Firefigter and his crew was there to pay their respects (even though their firehall is literally RIGHT next door to the church). That’s true brotherhood.
The moments before the ceremony were incredibly emotional. Prayers were spoken, hands were held, tears were shed. Trevor held their baby girl close as everyone focused their love on them. The ceremony was so fun and full of life. Just like Tarah and Trevor.
We celebrated the day with those closest to them. Their wedding party was full of siblings and childhood friends. Their families were incredibly welcoming to us and made us feel so at home in their inner circle.
When we listened to the speeches all that I kept thinking was – Family Goals. Both of these families are so close and they spend so much time together. The way Trevor was described is just how I hope my boys to be described when they are grown men.
You guys are the real deal. In your relationship, as people, all in all just in real life.
I can’t thank you enough for having us. For sharing your day with us.
Congratulations you three…we have to include Lillian in there 🙂
Shauna xoxo
