Shauna and I met more than 12 years ago, since then we have become a team. We don’t both have to be 100% everyday, there are often times when I might be 20% and Shauna will be the other 80. Either way together we make the 100. One of us always has the enthusiasm for the day and that enthusiasm is infectious.

More recently our team has doubled. Shauna and I will always have the 100%. Callum and Max bring even more. As they learn, as they grow so does everything they bring to our team. Just a simple sentence – “you look beautiful mummy” – can take our 100 to 300.
